Why Isn't My Video Uploading?

Videos not uploading or playing properly could be for a multitude of reasons:

• Check that the video link you want to use is a Youtube or Vimeo link
• Ensure the video link you want to use is a public link, or it's permissions allow anyone with the link to view it
• If you have a video file, make sure it is an MP4 file or convert it to that file type
