Why Isn't My Image Uploading?
Images must be in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WEBP format (image link). Make sure your image meets these requirements, or open and resave it in an approved format.
Logos can be JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG, or WEBP format.
There are no file size restrictions, but if you experience issues uploading, please double-check that your image is in one of the approved formats.
Please remain on the image upload page until the image appears on the form before exiting. This confirms the file has fully uploaded and been stored. If you leave the page too early, the image may fail to upload to Cloudinary. In that case, our team will not be able to view it and will need to request a new image for manual upload.
