Why Did My Formatting Disappear?

When you copy and paste content into our text fields, some formatting may disappear. This is intentional and helps reduce extra work on our end. Our templates require specific formatting such as font, font color, column width, text background color, and more to ensure consistency and readability across emails and landing pages. Previously, copying in external formatting caused extra work and errors in tools like Jotform.

You can still use the rich text fields to reapply accepted formatting, such as bold, italics, bullet points, numbered lists, and links, in designated fields. This allows you to highlight important content while keeping the overall template consistent and easy to manage. 

Superscript and subscript options are still available and can be used when needed, such as for registered trademarks or in terms and conditions.
