Proofing reminders will be sent out if you have not reviewed your proof after 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days. If you have clicked "Approved" or "Submit" for edits on the app, you will no longer receive proofing edits.
If you think you have submitted changes after reviewing MarkUp, we encourage you to check that you have navigated back to the app and clicked "Submit" after reviewing both proofing links.
On MarkUp if you only click "Let the team know you're finished reviewing", we might miss your changes. *Please note that it is not required to click any buttons on MarkUp, just on the app. The "Submit" button on the app connects to our project management software, and is the only way to ensure our team gets notified that edits are needed.
