What Does Each Status Mean?
Forms will have a status beside the product name indicating what stage of the workflow it is currently in.
Upcoming - The product has been marked and signed off as "Sold" in the marketing plan
Submission due - A content request has been sent, and has a due date attached (extensions may also have been granted)
Overdue - The due date has passed, and late reminders have been sent
Submission received - Our team has received your form and is actively reviewing it, and putting together the email/landing page/ad
Awaiting your approval - The product has been completed, and a proof has been sent over with a due date for a response
Edits under review - Our team has received your feedback, and is actively making changes
Awaiting your approval (2) - The status will switch back to awaiting your approval if changes needed to be made, and were applied
Approved - Your team has approved the final proof, and the product has been scheduled for launch
