How to Fill Out a B2C Single Form
The video below will demonstrate how to fill out a B2C Single Partner email and landing page submission form.
This video tutorial walks you through each required field on a B2C Single Partner submission form. If you’re having trouble with a specific area, feel free to skip ahead to the timestamped sections below.
Email Content
0:32 - Start by entering the email subject line and preview text. Character limits are enforced, so you can’t move forward until they’re within the range specified.
As you complete the form, think about who the content is intended for.
- B2B emails will be going to members
- B2C emails will be distributed to the members client list
Landing Page Content
1:03 - Moving on to the landing page content section, you can now see a live preview of how your content will appear in both the landing page and email as you type. The preview allows you to make real-time adjustments to images to optimize quality, and text length so it appears appropriate for the space.
- Key difference from B2B is the Range branding of the email and landing page, and the Member's branding as it is going to their client list.
Enter an eye-catching title and introductory copy to set expectations for the content. Be sure all text meets the character limits for each field, and review the preview to confirm that text does not wrap in unintended ways on the landing page or email.
2:24 - Upload up to 4 hero images to add visual interest to the landing page and email, through uploading a file or pasting the URL of your desired image. If you need a more in-depth tutorial on uploading images check out this article.
- Ensure images are at least 1500 x 750 px with no text or logo overlays
- Images should be in JPEG, JPG, PNG, or WEBP format
Upload your logo the same way you uploaded images
-
Ensure your logo with a transparent background to optimize visibility for dark mode users
- Logos should be in JPEG, JPG, PNG, or WEBP format
4:38 – Enter your offer or brand headline, using limited formatting options (bold, italics, superscript, subscript) to keep content easy to read. Please utilize the superscript option for ® and ™ where necessary.
Offer and brand descriptions add increased context for readers, and should also abide by the given character counts and utilize formatting options where needed.
Please provide the offer expiration date and indicate whether the offer is combinable with Ensemble-exclusive programs (grey meaning “No” and blue meaning “Yes”), helping advisors clearly understand timing and eligibility.
6:05 - Moving on to consumer terms and advisor terms, you can paste in the copy, insert links, or upload files that will be embedded automatically. If you only have advisor terms, and consumer terms don’t apply, you can enter “NA”, and our team will remove this section.
Remember to use these rich text functions where necessary:
- Superscript button (X2), for symbols such as ® or ™
- Subscript button (X2)
To better view how the terms and conditions will appear, you can expand the preview to full screen by selecting the option in the top-left corner of the preview.
Additional files such as flyers that advisors can refer to, or distribute to clients can be added here as well.
7:10 - Next, you can add a video (optional). If you don’t have one, you can skip this step by clicking the ‘Next” button, and the section will remove itself.
To add a video, you can upload a file or link a video (Youtube or Vimeo only) and preview it directly within the form before moving on
- Videos should be horizontal and ideally 1080 p or higher for the best viewing experience.
- Ensure the video is consumer facing
8:59 – Itineraries, Amenities & Products (B2C Only)
-
Add the requested information for the itineraries, amenities, or products
-
Select the item type and quantity you are submitting
-
Enter destinations, dates, pricing, and descriptions
-
Upload and crop the requested images and maps for the product
-
Use the preview function to see how details appear in the email and landing page
13:01 - You can also choose to include support content—such as images and copy—to further reinforce the offer or build brand awareness.
- Support images are vertical (1000 x 1200 px) so keep that in mind when choosing an image for this section. You can see this in preview as well.
- The Support Copy Description has a limit of 800 characters, including the characters in links, so please keep that in mind if you are unable to move forward with an error message.
13:49 - At the end, you’re given a space for additional notes and file uploads that are visible only to the Ensemble team. This is where you can share clarifications or special instructions.
Once you click Complete, your submission is finished. If the team has any questions, they’ll follow up directly. Please always refer to the video, this guide, or reach out for help if you need anything or have questions.
