Can I Change Who Receives Content Emails?
If you need to update who receives content-related emails, please contact Samantha (samantha.poole@ensembletravel.com) or Ashley (ashley.jung@ensembletravel.com) and we will be happy to assist.

If a team member is on temporary leave (e.g., maternity leave, medical leave, etc.), please notify us so we can adjust their account status and reinstate it upon their return.

If a team member has left your organization, we can remove them from the account at your request.

If a team member has joined your organization, we can add them to the account and set them up with access to the Member Portal and Content Collection app.
Please note: The Content Collection app does not currently support sending specific email types to individual team members (e.g., proofing emails only). Any email address added to the company account will receive all communications, including content requests, reminders, and proofs.
We kindly ask that you distribute emails internally as needed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
