If a contact unsubscribes from Ensemble Marketing, are they also unsubscribed in my own HubSpot account?
No. When a contact unsubscribes from Ensemble Marketing communications, the unsubscribe only applies to Ensemble’s HubSpot account. It does not affect their subscription status in any individual member's HubSpot account.
If you want a contact who unsubscribed from Ensemble's marketing to also stop receiving marketing communications from your agency, you will need to manually unsubscribe the contact within your own HubSpot account.
