How to Exclude Partners from Digital and Direct Mail Marketing Campaigns
This guide explains how to excluding specific partners from your solo-partner digital and direct mail marketing to your clients, giving you greater flexibility and control over the marketing communications they receive.
If a partner is included in a multi-partner piece, it will still go out to your clients.
Partner exclusion is managed in your member portal profile.
1. Begin by navigating to your Profile.
2. Click your agency name to access your agency profile.
3. In your agency profile, click Edit Profile.
4. Navigate to Communication Preferences, select the partners you want to exclude, and save.
