Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Further eligibility restrictions are contained in the Official Rules below. Void where prohibited by law and outside the fifty (50) United States and Canada. Subject to all federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

These rules are regulations (the “Official Rules”) shall govern the Ensemble Member Annual Census 2025 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) for the Prize (as defined below). All entries for the Sweepstakes (each an “Entry” as submitted by an individual “Entrant”) are subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. The sponsor and administrator for this Sweepstakes is Ensemble Travel, Inc. and Ensemble Travel Ltd. (together “Ensemble” or “Sponsor”).

1.    SWEEPSTAKES TIMING. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on May 5, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on June 15, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 

2.    ELIGIBILITY. Only individuals who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes:

(a)    Participants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence; and
(b)    Participants must be owners, managers, individual travel advisors who are employees, or other travel-selling representatives who are members in good standing of the Ensemble travel consortium at the time of Entry and awarding of the Prize(s) (as defined below).

The following individuals are prohibited from entering into the Sweepstake:
•    Employees of ensemble or any of its Affiliates. “Affiliate” means any entity that controls or is controlled by, or is under common control with Ensemble, where “control” means direct or indirect ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting rights or equity interests of a party. 

Ensemble reserves the right to determine whether an Entrant meets the eligibility criteria for participation in the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion. For greater certainty, Ensemble reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant from the Sweepstakes if the Entrant ceases to be a member of the Ensemble travel consortium, or is designated as not in good standing or otherwise suspended from participation in the Ensemble travel consortium before the Prize(s) are awarded.

3.    HOW TO ENTER. There are only two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

(i)  SURVEY: Complete Ensemble’s Annual Census 2025 (the “Survey”) at the link designated by Ensemble during the Sweepstake Period. All mandatory questions in the Survey must be completed in order to be considered an eligible Entry. 
(ii) E-MAIL: During the Sweepstakes Period, send an e-mail to marketing@ensembletravel.com containing (i) your name; (ii) your mailing address; (iii) the Ensemble member agency with which you are affiliated; and (iv) a scanned copy of a plain white piece of paper containing a coherent hand-written   description, in no less than 100 words, on the topic of “What is the most memorable vacation that you have either experienced yourself or arranged for someone else?” For greater certainty, the Entrant must personally complete the description and must not copy their description, or any part thereof, from any third party, and for greater certainty is prohibited from using any artificial intelligence or machine learning programs, platforms, or similar (e.g. ChatGPT) to compose such description. In addition, the description must be in good taste and must not contain any language that is derogatory, abusive, hateful, or otherwise not in keeping with Ensemble’s values, as determined by Ensemble in its sole discretion. Entries submitted by e-mail must contain all entry fields, otherwise they are void and will not be considered an eligible Entry. 

4.    IDENTITY OF ENTRANT. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, Entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such Entry. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

Regardless of the entry method used to enter the Sweepstakes, there is a limit of one (1) Entry per Entrant.  Sponsor is not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, postage strikes, or otherwise. Only fully completed Entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

5.    ENTRY PERIODS. 

The Sweepstakes Period will consist of seven (7) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) as described below, each with its own prize draw, as further described in Section 7 of these Official Rules. Each Entry Period will start at 12:01a.m. EST on the start date (the “Start Date”) and end at 11:59:59 p.m. on the end date (the “End Date”) listed below. 

Entry Period 1 to Entry Period 6 shall be referred to herein as the “Weekly Entry Periods” and each a “Weekly Entry Period”. Entry Period 7 shall be referred to as the “Grand Prize Entry Period”. Each Entrant will be entered into the draw for the Entry Period in which they submit their Entry. If an Entrant is not selected as a Prize Winner for the Entry Period in which they Entered, their Entry will be automatically rolled over to and included in the draw for the next Entry Period. If an Entrant is selected as a Prize Winner for a Weekly Entry Period, their Entry will be excluded from any subsequent Weekly Entry Period. All Entrants in the Weekly Entry Periods shall be automatically entered into the draw for the Grand Prize Entry Period, regardless of whether they were a Prize Winner in a Weekly Entry Period. An Entrant is eligible to receive only one Weekly Prize but is eligible to receive both one (1) Weekly Prize and the Grand Prize.

6.    PRIZES. A total of 31 Prizes will be awarded. The Prizes to be awarded for each Entry Period are as set forth below:

•    Weekly Entry Periods. Each Weekly Entry Period there will be five (5) prizes awarded (the “Weekly Prizes” and each a “Weekly Prize”), each consisting of one (1) voucher from Delta airlines valued at $500 USD. In aggregate, a total of thirty (30) Weekly Prizes will be awarded across all Weekly Entry Periods (approximate retail value $15,000 USD).

•    Grand Prize Entry Period: For the Grand Prize Entry Period, one (1) prize will be awarded (the “Grand Prize”) consisting (1) voucher from Delta airlines valued at $10,000 USD.

The total approximate retail value of all Prizes is $25,000 USD. The Weekly Prizes and Grand Prize shall collectively be referred to as the “Prizes” and each a “Prize”.

7.    DRAWING & ODDS. At the conclusion of each Entry Period (as outlined in Section 5 of these Official Rules above), each eligible Entry received during that Entry Period (or which has been rolled over from a prior Entry Period in accordance with Section 5) will be entered into a random drawing from all eligible Entries received by Sponsor. The random drawings for each Entry Period will take place on the corresponding Drawing Date indicated in Section 5. On the Drawing Dates for the Weekly Prizes, five (5) potential winners will be chosen at random by a representative of the Sponsor using a random number generator. On the Drawing Date for the Grand Prize, one (1) potential winner will be chosen at random by a representative of the Sponsor using a random number generator. An Entrant’s chance of winning a Prize is variable and dependent on the number of eligible Entries in the applicable Entry Period. Once the potential winners have been selected, they will be notified and verified in accordance with these Official Rules. If a potential winner does not accept or otherwise is or becomes ineligible for or disqualified from receiving their Prize in accordance with these Official Rules, such potential winner’s entry will be removed from the pool of eligible Entries for that Entry Period and an alternative potential winner will be selected at random from the pool of remaining un-winning Entries. 

8.    PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:  All Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and no substitutions or cash redemptions are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. In the case of unavailability of any Prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  All Prizes must be redeemed through Ensemble by December 31, 2025 (“Redemption Deadline”) and redemption and use of the Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including those set by the Prize supplier(s). The Redemption Deadline shall not be extended except in Ensemble sole and absolute determination and Ensemble may refuse to extend the Redemption Deadline without any liability whatsoever to Prize Winner. Prize Winner may extend the Prize to a guest(s) provided that Ensemble provides its written approval (which approval may be withheld for any reason or no reason, and which approval may be subject to additional conditions that apply to redemption of the Prize, such as a requirement that Prize Winner and guest(s) travel on the same itinerary, and that guest(s) complete any and all liability, publicity (where permitted by law) and other consents, releases, and/or other documentation required by Ensemble). Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. No more than the stated number of Prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. The value associated with the Prize may be taxable as income and the Prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the Prize.  No compensation will be provided for any Prizes that are not able to be awarded to a Prize Winner.

9.    NOTIFICATIONS/CLAIMS. The potential winners for each Entry Period will be notified by Ensemble by email and/or phone on the corresponding Notification Date for that Entry Period as set forth in Section 5 (the “Notification”). Within 3 days of a Notification (or such other longer period as is set out in the Notification), the potential winner must:

•    reply to the Notification indicating their acceptance of the Prize; 
•    provide or complete any additional paperwork (the “Paperwork”) as reasonably required by Ensemble, or as required by applicable law; 
•    if the potential winner is a legal resident of Canada, correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether electronic or otherwise; and
•    otherwise be eligible for the Prize and comply with the Official Rules in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

After receipt of the required information from the potential winner, verification of any Paperwork by Sponsor, and confirmation of eligibility in all other respects by Sponsor, a potential winner shall be confirmed as a Prize winner (a “Prize Winner”) and will be notified that they have been so confirmed as a Prize Winner by Sponsor with instructions on how to redeem the Prize.

In the event the Notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner fails to respond to the Notification within 3 days of Sponsor’s Notification with their acceptance (and the correct answer to the skill testing question, if applicable), the potential winner does not provide the requested Paperwork, or if it is determined by Ensemble, in its sole discretion, that a potential winner is not eligible or disqualified in accordance with these Official Rules, an alternate potential winner will be selected at random from among the remaining non-winning eligible Entries in the applicable Entry Period, and the notification process in this Section 9 will repeat until all Prize Winners for that Entry Period are selected.

10.    VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES AND NOT SUBJECT TO APPEAL. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify permanently from this Sweepstakes any Entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules and verify eligibility of Entrants. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. All Sweepstakes materials are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (c) are obtained where prohibited, or (d) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Sweepstakes materials submitted to Sponsor.

11.    VARIATION AND TERMINATION DUE TO UNFORESEEN ISSUES.  The Sponsor reserves the right to void any Entry and/or withdraw, suspend, amend or terminate this Sweepstakes in whole or in part (or to amend these Official Rules) in any way at any time without prior notice (but subject to applicable law), in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Sweepstakes as contemplated by these Official Rules, or in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or to comply with applicable law, or for any other reason. The Sponsor reserves the right and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Official Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance of any Entrant, or Entry with these Official Rules, or as a result of technical problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, affects the proper administration of the Sweepstakes as contemplated in these Official Rules. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Sponsor. 

12.    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES: BY PARTICIPATING IN, OR ATTEMPTING TO PARTICIPATE IN, THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE INDEMNIFIED AND HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, SURVEY RESPONSES (INCLUDING FOR ANY CLAIMS BY THIRD PARTIES THAT AN ENTRANT’S RESPONSES ARE IN BREACH OF YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS WITH A THIRD PARTY OR VIOLATE OR MISAPPROPRIATE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY), OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THIS SWEEPSTAKES CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED OR CONDUCTED OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS RESULTING OR ARISING FROM ACTS OF GOD, WAR, OR TERRORISM, CIVIL UNREST, STRIKES, SUPPLY SHORTAGES, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, PANDEMICS, EPIDEMICS, WIDESPREAD ILLNESS, COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW OR ORDER OF A GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR ACT, EVENT OR OCCURRENCE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF SPONSOR OR THE RELEASED PARTIES. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED BY CLAIMANT (BUT IN NO EVENT SHALL SUCH COSTS INCLUDE ATTORNEY’S FEES) AND WILL BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF $10.00 USD; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A CLAIMANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND CLAIMANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PART.

13.    PUBLICITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RELEASE. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY SPONSOR OR ACCEPTING A PRIZE, YOU GRANT SPONSOR AND/OR SPONSOR’S DESIGNEES THE RIGHT TO USE YOUR NAME, PHOTOGRAPH, LIKENESS, STATEMENTS, OPINIONS, BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION, VOICE, CITY AND STATE ADDRESS, AND OTHER IDENTIFYING INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES, AND TRADE, INCLUDING A WINNER’S LIST, WORLDWIDE, AND IN PERPETUITY, IN ANY AND ALL FORMS OF MEDIA, NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVISED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, REVIEW OR APPROVAL RIGHTS, NOTIFICATION, OR PERMISSION. 

14.    WAIVER & SEVERABILITY. A waiver by the Sponsor of any term in these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of any other provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, to the extent invalid, unenforceable and/or illegal, such provision(s) shall be deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and be interpreted so as to remain enforceable to the maximum extent permissible consistent with applicable law.

15.    USE OF DATA. Any personal information that you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact Entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which is available here, as updated from time to time. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to and accept that Privacy Policy. If Entrant authorizes, by opting in, Sponsor may provide Entrant with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor and Affiliates of Sponsor.

16.    WINNERS LIST. To receive a winners list (the “Winner’s List”) by email, send an email to marketing@ensembletravel.com with “Ensemble member annual census 2025 Sweepstakes – Winner’s List” in the subject line. Requests must be received by June 30, 2025. Winners List will be sent after all Prizes have been awarded.

17.    FRENCH VERSION. These Official Rules have been drawn up in English and French. The French version is available here. You agree that the English language version of these Official Rules shall be controlling in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions, if any.
